Activities
SPRING, SUMMER, FALL
On site activities:
- Hiking
- Lose yourself in the surrounding wilderness on a mountain bike using logging roads and unfrequented dirt roads (we have maps and a guide available on reservation only).
- Camping opportunities
- Pick wild flowers and berries
- Help work in the garden
- Bird watching (including the Eastern bluebird)
- Enjoy a nap in a hammoc
- Enjoy the playing area with your kids; swings, sandbox...
- Pet the dog and cat (allergies? they are not allowed in the rooms)
- Listen to the campfire crackle, roast some marshmellows, gaze at the stars and northern lights... listen to the whispers of nature, and maybe even the sounds of a guitar.
Activities in proximity that can be included in your package when you make your reservation:
- Hiking with a naturalist interpreter
- Whale cruises
- Flyboat cruise on the Malbaie river
- A visit and/or dinner at the house of the Bootleger Club des Monts.
- Black bear observation
WINTER
Bring equipment and warm clothing for:
- Sledding on the mountain
- Off trail cross-country skiing
- Winter pic-nics
- Snowshoeing
- Access to snowmobile trail no.3 is just 1.5 km from L'Aubergine
Activities in proximity that can be included in a package when you make your reservation:
- Dogsled excursions, from an hour to multiple days
- Horseback riding, for an hour or more
- Snowmobile rental, from an hour to multiple days, with loop itinerary.
